Monaro Family Support Service (MFSS) provides free, confidential assistance to help local families build independence, strengthen relationships, and safely overcome life's challenges. MFSS brings many years of Casework experience that is now instinctly relied upon by the community to aid in breaking down geographical isolation and personal barriers. Our experienced team delivers non-clinical evidence-based strategies to manage future barriers, foster family capacity, and support community engagement.
Through professional Casework, MFSS assists families in identifying early indicators of complex behavioral concerns or systemic family issues and aids in developing actionable strategies to mitigate future barriers.
The MFSS Casework team, confidentially provides an advisory, supportive, casework service that has a strong focus on social and emotional wellbeing for families within the LGA. This is achieved through:
